THE LANDSCAPE

Appleview's goal is to create a landscape that accurately reflects the surrounding region. It is our intent to mirror through landscaping the natural surroundings of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. When standing on the banks of our peninsula or walking on our River Walk, you are surrounded by the west prong of the Little Pigeon River and from our open areas you will be nurtured by East Tennessee's beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We intend to do this by creating a unique set of gardens that will enhance our natural settings.
