Please note that there is NO SMOKING in all of our units and we have a NO PETS policy. Ashtrays are provided for use outside of the units.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Advance deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel prior to 48 hours of arrival you may reschedule the reservation within 1 year and apply the deposit to that stay. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival you will be responsible for the entire balance.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Any cash paying customer will be required to make a $200 damage deposit which will be refunded after inspection of the unit following your stay.
