This luxury unit offers a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa allowing this condo to accommodate up to 6 guests.This condo also offers a beautiful walk in shower. This unit is located on the second floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. There is an indoor whirlpool tub in the master bathroom and a tub/shower combination in the guest bathroom.This amazing condo offers wonderfully tasteful decor and furnishings, 3 flat screen TVs, a 32 inch flat screen in the Master and a 32 inch TV in the second bedroom all with HD Cable TV. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and a full size stack washer/dryer.

The outdoor community swimming pool, kiddie pool and hot tub are located on the Orchards side of the Apple View River Resort and is open April to September annually. The fireplaces are operational October to April annually. Apple View River Resort has a Game Room with Foosball, pool table, air hockey and a Fitness Center with treadmills, elipticals, exercise bikes, free weights, weight machines, a sauna, flat screen TV and free wireless internet access, all located at our clubhouse on the backside of our office in the yellow farmhouse at the beginning of the resort.
