An "A-Peeling" View, Riverplace Unit C445, is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse condo that will delight guests with its loft gameroom and covered balcony whose table and chairs provide a peaceful spot for taking in the stunning river and mountain views while dining or relaxing in the open air.
All bookings include access to the Resort’s amenities, and bookings for 3 nights or more include restaurant breakfast vouchers, too (see details below)!
Luxuriously furnished and decorated, the condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a family meal, a gorgeous living room with gas-operated floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and reclining leather sofas, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.  Six flat screen TVs offer streaming capabilities and cable access in the living room, the loft, and all 4 bedrooms.  In addition to the pool table and Playstation with games, entertainment options provided include puzzles, card and board games, and books.
On the main level are three bedrooms: the master bedroom suite featuring a grand King bed and French doors that open to the balcony, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed.
On the second floor is another spacious master bedroom with a King bed, an attached bathroom, and a seating area whose comfortable loveseat can transform into a Twin bed.  The leather couch in the loft area also pulls out into a Queen sleeper sofa. With its total of 7 beds, the condo easily accommodates up to 12 guests.
The huge downstairs master bathroom boasts a new walk-in spa shower with built-in bench and a vanity with double sinks. The tub/shower combinations in the remaining downstairs and upstairs bathrooms give you the option to take a relaxing bath!
Plenty of unassigned parking is available in front of the building.  An elevator and on-site luggage carts make it quick and easy to get to the condo without climbing the stairs.  
The Resort’s outdoor  swimming pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub are open for your enjoyment from May to September.  The condo’s gas fireplace is operational from October to April.  The condo is decorated at Christmas.
Year-round, take advantage of the Resort clubhouse’s gameroom (with foosball, air hockey, arcade games, and pool table) and fitness center (with treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, free weights, weight machines, sauna, flat screen TV, and wireless internet).  Stroll along the Resort’s riverwalk, illuminated by gas lights and featuring sculptures, picnic tables, and an outdoor fire pit.
