Kat's Haven, Unit C645 Riverplace condo, is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River and the Great Smoky Mountains. Parking available in front of building and go up two flights of stairs to access the unit on the third level.There is no elevator in this building.
Bedding includes 1 king, 2 full size beds and a queen sleeper sofa and will sleep 4 to 6 guests. This unit is immaculate and features hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen, dining room and foyer. It has ceramic tile in the bathroom. It has ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and one on the balcony. The outside balcony has patio furniture that includes a table and 4 chairs. It has 3 flat screen TVs.

Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, indoor whirlpool, tub/shower combination, wireless access, living room with gas fireplace, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, hair dryers in the vanities of both bathrooms, 2 inch wooden blinds, vacuum, iron/ironing board, a full size washer/dryer and wireless internet.
The outdoor community swimming pool, kiddie pool and hot tub are located on the Orchards side of the Apple View River Resort and is open May to September annually. The fireplaces are operational October to April annually. Apple View River Resort has a Game Room with Foosball, pool table and air hockey and a Fitness Center with treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, free weights, weight machines, flat screen TV and free wireless internet access, all located at our clubhouse on the backside of our office in the yellow farmhouse at the beginning of the resort. The resort also offers sculptures and picnic tables.

We are conveniently located 1/2 mile off the parkway near The Apple Barn Village and Restaurant.
