You can gather on the outdoor balcony that overlooks the Little Pigeon River and the Smoky Mountains. Our condos offer separate sleeping and living areas, so you can also relax in the privacy of your own room. After a long day of exploring Pigeon Forge, you and your family can kick back in comfort!

When it comes to amenities, these condos have it all! Each one features an indoor whirlpool tub in the master bathroom and a tub and shower combination in the other two bathrooms. We have gas fireplaces for your group to gather around for a cozy evening, which are operational October through April. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for making favorite dishes to share with your party. You can stay connected and entertained with high-speed internet and cable TV. If you decide to extend your stay, don’t worry about what to wear because you’ll have your very own laundry room! In addition to the amenities available in your condo, you will also have access to all of those at the Appleview River Resort. These include the hot tub, outdoor swimming pool, game room and fitness center. For another way to relax, take a stroll along the river walk. You can admire the sculptures placed along the way and enjoy the fall weather with beautiful views of the Little Pigeon River.

With more than 60 retail and specialty shops, restaurants, rides, live music and more, there is something for everyone here. We recommend riding the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, the tallest attraction in the southeast. It seats up to 8 people so you and your group can enjoy an incredible view of the Smokies from 200 feet in the air! You can also experience the beauty of the Smoky Mountains at a world-class theme park. Dollywood is home to over 40 rides and attractions that are sure to thrill all ages.
