We want everyone to be able to enjoy a stay in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, which is why we offer specials that make our condos more affordable! Our specials provide discounts on your stay, as well as free nights! We update them frequently, so check back before booking your stay to make sure you’re getting the best deal. In addition to our specials, we also offer complimentary breakfast at the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant one morning of your stay. That’s a deal that can’t be beat!
2. Make Use of Our Resort Amenities
When you stay in our Smoky Mountain condos, you’ll have access to all our wonderful resort amenities! We have plenty of entertainment for our guests both inside and outside. In our clubhouse, there is a game room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey, a multi-cade arcade game with classics like Centipede, Donkey Kong and PacMan, a rocking porch and free wi-fi! Outside, you’ll find our resort salt water pool, kiddie pool, outdoor hot tub and even a picnic area with gas and charcoal grills. You’ll love being able to soak up the sun and splash around without having to spend money on admission to a water park! You can also fish, walk along the River Walk, play on the playground, or shoot some hoops. You’ll have endless entertainment that’s included in your stay!

You already know that there is an abundance of fun and popular attractions for you to visit while you’re in the Smoky Mountains, but did you know that there are some you can enjoy for free? When you take advantage of the free and cheap things to do in the area, you’ll save so much! One of the best attractions you can get into for free is The Island in Pigeon Forge, which is your one stop for dining, shopping and entertainment. While some things in The Island cost money, all of it is affordable! It’s completely free to sit and watch The Island Show Fountains, which has a stunning presentation of water dance and light, perfectly choreographed to 14 pieces of music. Other affordable things to do at The Island include riding the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, browsing the many shops, and playing in the arcade! It’s also completely free to visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and enjoy everything it has to offer, like hiking trails, fishing streams and picnic areas!
